The Double Shoot!!!

March 31st, 2009

Quynh LOVES photographs. She took them all day - she took photos of me taking photos of her!

She called me a few months ago inquiring about her sisters engagement shoot. By the end of the conversation we ended up having a double engagement / 5 year anniversary shoot. It was an amazing day full of my favorite spots - laughs and yummy snacks!

I got NY today. My flight was great - I always fly virgin america. It was so much fun seeing my whole family and having New York pizza!!

Feel free to still call and email me while I’m away - I will get back to you within 72 hours. I have been super busy lately shooting my amazing couples. Here are some sneaks.

Any New Yorkers? I’m in town - lets shoot!! $500 per shoot - all the high res files - two hours of my time. I LOVE shooting in New York - it’s amazing. Ok - California’s not to shabby!! I’m pretty lucky to go back all the time.

Our Little Video from kk415 on Vimeo.

First of all, I have to say - I have worked with really talented people in the past few years. Kristin emailed me today - showing me this amazing video that she made with all of the UNTOUCHED photos. I have always wondered what my clients do with the untouched photos - because I give you guys about 600 touched up photos. As soon as I saw this…. I was amazed. It is the most clever thing. I always shoot the crap out of every wedding - I take constant photos - and when you scroll through them it does look like a video.

I really want to build this into my package - it rocks!! I wonder how she made it - it’s FAB. It made me feel like I was there at the wedding - it was super fun.

I could of shot at this pink and purple house ALL DAY LONG. I want to do more shoots with amazing San Francisco houses - they blow my mind. City Hall is not too shabby either. More to come from this great day!

Megan & Tristin

March 19th, 2009

Meet Megan & Trisin. Megan’s dream was to have her engagement photos infront of the Golden Gate bridge. So, we went over there - chatting the whole way - then all of a sudden we noticed… the bridge was covered in FOG! Oh San Francisco - we traveled up to the Marin Headlines - but - there was even more fog. We made the decision to go down to the Embarcadero. Here is a perfect example of a very cool shoot in not so great weather. We show for a few hours - had some dinner and waited until the sky turned blue. Then ran around - it was a great time.

Thank you for a great evening!
